Prices are per week (Saturday to Saturday) per apartment.
Off-peak season you can arrive and depart on other days of the week, with a minimum stay of 4 nights.
For less than 7 nights, prices on request.
The price includes: gas, hot water, electricit, microwave, Wi-Fi, Tv, Sat . It is the guests’ responsibility to leave the apartment in good order and to clean the kitchen. Private swimming pool with umbrellas and sunbeds (animals are not allowed in the pool area). Private parking. Green area with barbecue. Tignale card.
Extras: € 100.00 deposit, final cleaning € 70,00 (on the day of departure, leave the kitchen and bathroom clean and throw away the rubbish in the special bins) , heating € 8,00 per day, pets € 5.00 per day (animals are not allowed in the pool area), bed linen € 10.00 per person per change, towels € 5,00 per person.
Tourist tax € 1,70 per day per person from the age of 14 or over
